International Academic Competitions is delighted to announce the launch of the first ever International Environmental  Olympiad (IESO) on July 12-22, 2023 in Quito and Tena, Ecuador with one of the best universities of Latin America, University of San Francisco Quito (USFQ).

Two age divisions will be offered for middle school students (12-14) and high school students (15-18) with a cap of 30 students for each division. These students will not only compete on their knowledge of our planet, but also balance the nuances of ecological conservation, socio economic development of indigenous groups, and political action strategies! Mentored by top experts, these participating future leaders will collaborate and develop an understanding of how to save our planet with a final presentation on our big question.
